GTA 6 Is Coming to Disc – But It’s Not the Game
GTA 6 may be getting a physical release of sorts, but this particular disc won’t let you explore Vice City. Instead, it’s all about the music.
Rockstar Games is reportedly going bigger than ever with the soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto 6, with a total of 34 original songs recorded by a variety of artists specifically for the game.
If confirmed, that would give GTA 6 the largest collection of original music ever produced for a Grand Theft Auto title.
Travis Scott, Keith Richards and More
Several major names are reportedly involved in the GTA 6 soundtrack, including Travis Scott, Keith Richards, Yung Lean and Paco Amoroso, alongside a number of other artists.
Players will be able to hear their music while driving around Vice City and the wider state of Leonida, continuing one of the GTA series’ most iconic traditions: cruising through the open world while listening to its in-game radio stations.
Music has always played a huge role in the identity of Grand Theft Auto, and GTA 6 appears ready to take that part of the experience even further.
GTA 6 Soundtrack Is Getting a Physical Release
The original GTA 6 soundtrack is reportedly scheduled to launch alongside the game on November 19, 2026.
Unlike the game itself, however, the soundtrack will also be available in physical formats.
Fans will reportedly be able to choose between CD and vinyl editions. The CD version is priced at around €17, while the standard vinyl edition costs approximately €52.
A special limited-edition vinyl was also offered for around €124, but reportedly sold out extremely quickly.
So yes, you can technically get GTA 6 on a disc — just don’t expect to put it in your console and start playing.
For collectors and fans of GTA’s legendary radio stations, though, the physical soundtrack could become one of the more interesting pieces of GTA 6 memorabilia.
