Rockstar Finally Addresses GTA 6’s Massive Budget Rumors!

GTA 6’s $2 BILLION budget might have been a myth all along!

We’ve been hearing for years that GTA 6 is the most expensive video game ever made.

Some people even claimed Rockstar spent $2 billion, $3 billion or more developing it.

Well, Rockstar has finally addressed those rumors.

In a new Bloomberg interview, Rockstar’s head of publishing Jennifer Kolbe rejected claims that GTA 6 cost more to develop than the Burj Khalifa, which cost around $1.5 billion to build.

But here’s the interesting part.

Rockstar STILL won’t reveal the actual budget. 

We do know the company has grown massively, going from around 2,400 employees in 2018 to more than 4,700 across 12 offices.

And after more than eight years of development, Bloomberg believes GTA 6 is almost certainly the most expensive game ever made.

Imagine spending all that money just for players to spend their first 10 hours running over pedestrians and getting chased by the cops
