Boobie Ike

A self-made businessman with deep connections to the criminal underworld, Boobie has built a wide-ranging empire involving real estate, nightlife, music, and illegal activity.

Rockstar describes him as a “local Vice City legend” who managed to turn his years in the streets into a legitimate-looking business empire.

Boobie is not a playable protagonist. GTA VI primarily follows Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, while Boobie appears as part of Vice City’s supporting cast.

Background

Boobie Ike built his reputation in Vice City long before becoming a successful businessman.

His background is rooted in the streets, but unlike many criminals around him, Boobie managed to convert his influence and money into businesses that appear legitimate on the surface.

His empire includes property investments, a strip club, and a recording studio.

Although he presents himself publicly as a successful entrepreneur, his criminal connections remain an important part of how his businesses operate.

Boobie is charismatic, confident, and comfortable with the reputation he has built for himself.

He appears to enjoy his status as a local celebrity, but he is also portrayed as a serious businessman who understands how to protect his interests.

Business Empire

Boobie’s business interests span several industries throughout Vice City.

His known ventures include:

• Real estate
• The Jack of Hearts strip club
• Only Raw Records
• A recording studio
• Connections to the local drug trade

These businesses give Boobie influence across both the legitimate and criminal sides of Vice City.

The Jack of Hearts

The Jack of Hearts is Boobie Ike’s strip club and one of his most visible businesses.

The club also plays an important role in his personal branding, with the “Jack of Hearts” name closely associated with his public image.

The venue appears to function as both a business and a social hub where Boobie interacts with musicians, criminals, and other influential figures.

Trailer footage shows Boobie spending time inside the club and around its performers.

Only Raw Records

Boobie co-founded Only Raw Records with Dre’Quan Priest, a younger music entrepreneur trying to establish himself in Vice City’s music industry.

Rockstar’s official description places particular emphasis on the label, presenting it as one of Boobie’s most important investments.

Boobie provides money, connections, and business experience, while Dre’Quan appears to be more closely involved with the creative side of the label.

Their biggest challenge is simple: they still need a major hit.

How Boobie’s Empire Is Funded

One of Boobie’s most memorable lines from GTA VI’s second trailer explains how his businesses are connected:

“The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.”

The quote provides one of the clearest insights into how his empire operates.

Revenue from the Jack of Hearts supports his music business, while illegal drug money appears to finance the entire operation.

This makes Boobie a perfect example of the blurred line between legitimate business and organized crime in Vice City.

Personality

Boobie is portrayed as confident, charismatic, and highly aware of his own status.

He carries himself like someone who has already survived the hardest part of his life and now expects others to respect what he has built.

His friendly and outgoing personality is most visible in nightlife settings, but his success suggests that he also possesses strong business instincts.

He appears comfortable moving between criminals, entertainers, and legitimate businesspeople.

Boobie also has a flashy personal style that reflects his wealth and influence, including expensive jewelry, heavy gold chains, and prominent tattoos.

Relationship With Dre’Quan Priest

Dre’Quan Priest is Boobie’s most important confirmed business partner.

Together, they operate Only Raw Records.

Boobie brings money, street connections, and business experience to the partnership, while Dre’Quan is more focused on building a career in music.

Their collaboration places Boobie directly within Vice City’s entertainment industry and may become an important storyline in GTA VI.

Real Dimez

The rap duo Real Dimez, consisting of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, is closely connected to Only Raw Records.

The duo previously experienced success and is now trying to produce another major hit.

Their connection to Dre’Quan and the record label places them within Boobie’s wider business network.

This storyline may become part of GTA VI’s music and nightlife-focused content.

Relationship With Jason and Lucia

Boobie Ike exists within the same criminal world as Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, but the exact nature of his relationship with the protagonists has not yet been fully revealed.

Promotional material suggests that his businesses and connections could bring him into contact with the pair during the story.

However, specific missions or storylines involving Boobie, Jason, and Lucia should be considered unconfirmed until Rockstar reveals more details.

Role in GTA VI

Boobie is expected to serve as a major supporting character within Vice City’s criminal and entertainment scenes.

His position as both a businessman and underworld figure makes him a natural connection between several parts of the city.

His businesses could potentially introduce players to nightlife, property, music, or criminal operations.

However, Rockstar has not yet confirmed whether Boobie will be directly connected to gameplay systems such as property management or business ownership.

Trailer Appearances

Boobie Ike appears prominently in Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 2, released on May 6, 2025.

His scenes include appearances inside and around the Jack of Hearts, as well as interactions connected to his business empire.

His line about club money, studio money, and drug money quickly became one of the most widely quoted moments from the trailer.

The quote helped establish his personality and immediately made him one of GTA VI’s most recognizable supporting characters.

Voice Actor

Boobie Ike’s voice actor has not been officially confirmed.

Rockstar Games has not yet published a complete GTA VI cast list.

Some fans have speculated that actor Johnny Ray Gill may provide Boobie’s voice, but this remains unverified and should not be treated as confirmed information.

Any official voice credit should be added only after Rockstar Games releases confirmed casting details.
