South Park Reveals a Bizarre New GTA 6 Feature: Dog Poop Can Be Used as a Weapon
GTA 6 just received one of its strangest gameplay reveals yet, and it happened during an episode of South Park.
The latest episode of South Park, titled Guinea Pig on a Stick, featured around 20 seconds of previously unseen Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay provided directly by Rockstar Games. The episode's credits confirm that the footage came from Rockstar, so this isn't a fan-made clip or parody recreation.
And the feature Rockstar chose to show? Dog poop can apparently be picked up and used as a weapon.
Yes, Jason Can Attack Someone With Dog Poop
The gameplay takes place on a crowded Vice City beach and shows Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos walking near a dog and its owner.
The dog relieves itself on the beach, and its owner picks up the mess in a bag. Jason then starts a confrontation with the NPC before picking up the discarded poop bag and hitting him with it.
The bag breaks on impact, creating exactly the kind of ridiculous situation GTA is known for.
It sounds like a joke made specifically for South Park, but the gameplay itself is real.
Another Example of GTA 6's Detailed World
As ridiculous as the scene is, it also reveals something interesting about GTA 6's open world.
NPCs and animals appear to interact with the environment in small ways that players can then interfere with. In this case, a dog performs a normal background action, its owner reacts by cleaning it up, and Jason can turn that entire interaction into chaos.
That fits with what Rockstar has been saying about making the world of GTA 6 more reactive and unpredictable.
The beach scene also shows a large number of NPCs, detailed environmental interactions and pedestrians reacting to Jason's actions.
GTA 6 and South Park Are a Surprisingly Good Match
South Park has repeatedly referenced GTA 6 throughout its current season, but this is the first time the show has actually premiered new official gameplay footage.
The two franchises are also a surprisingly natural fit. Both are known for parodying American culture, pushing boundaries and turning ridiculous situations into social satire.
South Park has featured real video games before, including World of Warcraft, while Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 has also previously been referenced by the show.
With GTA 6 launching on November 19, 2026, we're likely going to see even more unusual collaborations and promotional appearances as release day approaches.
